June marks the 22nd “Safe Production Month” nationwide, highlighting the importance of safety in production. In line with the commitment to bolster safety measures for special equipment, the Haikou High-tech District organized the 2023 Special Equipment Safety Work Conference and a training session on the implementation of General Administration Order No. 74, held on July 4. This event saw the participation of 79 special equipment users, and Fangkuai Boiler was honored with a special invitation to attend as a supporting entity. During the conference, Fangkuai Boiler delivered keynote speeches and conducted specialized training sessions.
The conference commenced with detailed explanations from officials of the Municipal Supervision Bureau’s special department. They covered the context and risk management framework outlined in the “Regulations on the Supervision and Management of Special Equipment Users’ Implementation of Safety Subject Responsibility” (General Administration Order No. 74). Drawing from real-world examples of special equipment, they highlighted the compliance requirements and provided updates on recent cases involving violations of special equipment regulations. Furthermore, they outlined specific expectations regarding the safety management of special equipment within companies.

The conference stands as a pivotal initiative by the Municipal Supervision Bureau to actively assist enterprises in standardizing safety management in production and elevating safety standards.
