Fangkuai’s Triumph: Bogota Subway Boiler Ignites Successfully!

“The boiler is ready to ignite and start! Following the debugging instructions, the steam boiler at Fangkuai’s facility, designated for the Bogotá subway project, displayed a successful ignition with a bright and impressive flame in the furnace. All boiler parameters and technical indicators meet standards. The intercom reports normal temperature, instrument operation, and oil pressure, confirming smooth boiler operation, and prompting applause. This marks a significant milestone for Fangkuai Boiler Manufacturing’s involvement in the ‘One Belt, One Road’ initiative.

The Bogota subway project, Colombia’s largest municipal project, is a key public transportation network in Bogota, serving as the primary passenger transport route.

Throughout the project, Fangkuai’s departments meticulously planned and executed, delivering equipment on time, and earning high praise from users. Upon arrival at the construction site, Fangkuai’s After-sales Service Center promptly deployed technicians for installation, comissionamento, and technical support.

Overcoming language barriers, transportation issues, and unfamiliar living conditions, Fangkuai’s after-sales team worked alongside local personnel to successfully install and commission the boiler. This demonstrated Fangkuai’s professionalism overseas, contributing to the success of the project and expanding the overseas market.

To ensure a successful gas boiler ignition, Fangkuai technicians worked tirelessly, overcoming various technical challenges. Subsystem debugging, including electrical, instrumentation, control, e boiler systems, was completed successfully, a crucial step toward production and operation realization.

Following successful ignition, a week-long assessment of the oven, caldeira, and performance will be conducted as planned before transitioning to normal operation to provide steam for the project. Fangkuai will further globalize, embracing advanced technology and higher-quality products and services while actively participating in the ‘Belt and Road’ initiative, contributing to global development with cutting-edge equipment and services.”
