The pharmaceutical company operates multiple production lines for capsules, tablets, suppositories, powder injections, and oncology drugs, resulting in a substantial demand for steam. Selain itu, in alignment with China’s environmental protection policies, the company decided to invest in a gas steam boiler. Based on the actual steam requirements, Zhengzhou Fangkuai Boiler recommended a 4-ton condensing gas steam boiler (WNS4-1.25-Y.Q).

In the production of building materials, critical processes such as pressurization and steam curing rely on the use of steam boilers. During the initial phases of the project, the technical team from Zhengzhou Fangkuai Boiler made multiple visits to the customer’s site for on-site inspections. They assisted in analyzing equipment space requirements and site planning. Ultimately, they tailored a gas steam boiler with a capacity of 4 tons per hour to suit the needs of the enterprise.
Zhengzhou Fangkuai Boiler collaborated with a grain and oil company located in Handan, Hebei, for this particular project. After gaining a thorough understanding of the company’s specific requirements, technical engineers from Zhengzhou Fangkuai engaged in multiple remote video conferences to tailor a solution. The result was a customized WNS gas-fired steam boiler with a 2-ton capacity and a pressure rating of 1.25MPa (WNS2-1.25-Y.Q). This boiler was equipped with a PLC intelligent operating system and a complete set of auxiliary equipment.
