The WNS series steam boiler implements a cascading utilization of waste heat from flue gas, comprehensively harnessing this waste heat to maximize the boiler’s thermal efficiency. Fangkuai independently designed and developed the PLC automatic intelligent control system, delivering a more reliable boiler operation experience with intuitive control. The fully intelligent frequency conversion water supply system enhances boiler controllability while ensuring cost-effective resource utilization. The remote monitoring system acts as the boiler’s “personal doctor.” By collecting and analyzing boiler operation data, it enables timely adjustments to the boiler’s operating environment, maintaining optimal boiler performance.
The individual in charge of the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College reported to our company that this boiler produces minimal flue gas emissions, satisfying both the hospital's stringent environmental requirements and national emissions standards. Throughout the boiler's installation and operation, Fangkuai's technicians maintained diligent oversight. Their attention to detail demonstrated Fangkuai's dedication to customer service and instilled confidence in the use of Fangkuai boilers.
