Zhengzhou Fangkuai Boiler has collaborated with a Coca-Cola processing plant situated in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, on this project. As a leader in condensing gas-fired boilers, both Fangkuai Boiler and Coca-Cola Group share a common commitment to environmentally friendly production practices. They are dedicated to producing and distributing clean and eco-friendly boilers. To achieve energy-saving and emission-reduction objectives, meet national emission standards, and reduce operational costs, the Coca-Cola Company opted to deepen its collaboration with Fangkuai Boiler for the procurement of boilers. They chose Fangkuai’s integrated condensing low-nitrogen steam boiler (WNS10-1.25-Y.Q) due to its high efficiency, energy efficiency, low nitrogen emissions, and environmentally friendly characteristics.

These boilers feature a dual-layer sealing structure in the design of the smoke box door and panel. They are fabricated in a single process using intelligent welding equipment to prevent air and smoke leakage. The boiler is also equipped with various protective systems, including water level, pressure, temperature, مزود الطاقة, and scale detection, to ensure the safe operation of the boiler from every aspect. The independently developed and designed PLC automatic intelligent control system significantly enhances the reliability of the boiler’s operation.
