Project Introduction

Fujian Hengfa Paper Packaging Company has been dedicated to adopting eco-friendly boilers for their paper processing operations. On October 22, 2012, Hengfa Paper partnered with our company to procure a 6-ton biomass pellet steam boiler for the manufacturing of corrugated paper and various paper products. The installation of this boiler has substantially addressed the wastewater discharge concerns associated with Hengfa paper products. Since putting the boiler into operation, it not only complies with local environmental protection regulations but also reduces operational expenses for Hengfa Paper Products.

The WNS series biomass pellet steam boilers produced by our company incorporate a range of corrosion-resistant materials and technologies to effectively combat boiler corrosion issues, thereby significantly extending the boiler’s service life. The adoption of threaded smoke pipes, steel-aluminum composite finned tubes, differential pressure detection, and a frequency conversion continuous water supply system guarantees the boiler’s consistent and stable operation, ultimately leading to cost savings. Furthermore, we’ve implemented several protective measures to comprehensively safeguard the boiler, including multiple water level protections, multiple pressure protections, precise and convenient pressure control, automatic boiler load adjustments, power supply anomaly protection, timer settings, and ultra-high smoke temperature alarms.
