4-Ton Gas Steam Boiler Project for a Pharmaceutical Factory

Project Introduction

Zhengzhou Fangkuai Boiler has partnered with a biopharmaceutical factory located in Pingdingshan City, Henan Province, for this project. Steam boilers play a vital role in various pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, including drying, cooling, granulation, tablet production, and more. The pharmaceutical company operates multiple production lines for capsules, tablets, suppositories, powder injections, and oncology drugs, resulting in a substantial demand for steam. Additionally, in alignment with China’s environmental protection policies, the company decided to invest in a gas steam boiler. Based on the actual steam requirements, Zhengzhou Fangkuai Boiler recommended a 4-ton condensing gas steam boiler (WNS4-1.25-Y.Q).

Product Advantages

This series of steam boilers incorporates an innovative “feather tube” heat exchange element to replace traditional outer fin tubes. The design circulates cooling water outside the tube, eliminating issues associated with scaling and cleaning of outer fin tubes. The unique “feather tube” design includes tearing grooves, increasing the heat exchange area fivefold within the same volume. This design allows for the complete absorption of latent heat from the flue gas, resulting in efficient energy utilization and higher efficiency. Furthermore, the boiler employs air and flue gas convection for heat exchange, further capturing latent heat from the flue gas. Heated air from the air preheater is directed into the burner through connecting pipes, providing preheated air for combustion and enhancing combustion efficiency. The frequency-controlled fan provides greater flexibility, allowing for finer combustion adjustments. As a result, the boiler can operate smoothly under various working conditions.
